Everything you need to build and share your schedules with ease.
Start in 5 steps
1
Set up your school
From “My account”, set your school identity: name, stage (Primary/Intermediate/Secondary) and type (Boys/Girls). It is then known site-wide and never asked again.
2
Create a class
From “New class”, choose the stage, grade, section, study days, and periods per day.
3
Add subjects
Add the class subjects, set each subject’s weekly periods, and link a teacher when needed.
4
Build the schedule
Tap a subject then a cell to place it, use “Auto-distribute”, or drag & drop on desktop.
5
Print or share
Print or export a PDF, enable a public share link with a QR code, or email it to students.
Frequently asked questions
How does auto-distribution work?
“Auto-distribute” spreads each subject’s periods across the week while respecting the weekly count you set per subject. You can then adjust any period manually by tapping or dragging.
How do I move a period?
On desktop, drag the period into the new cell. On mobile, tap the subject then tap the target cell. To remove a period, tap the filled cell.
What does the “teacher conflict” warning mean?
It appears when the same teacher is assigned to more than one class in the same day and period. The conflicting cell is outlined in red inside the schedule so you can fix it easily.
Can I duplicate a class with all its subjects?
Yes. The “Duplicate class” button on a class card creates a new class with the same subjects and distribution, within your plan’s limit.
How can I share a schedule without the other person signing in?
From the schedule page, click “Share” to enable a public link and QR code that anyone can open to view the schedule only (no student data). You can disable it anytime.
How do I email schedules to students?
From the “Students/Send” page, add students and their emails, then send each student their own schedule with their name, stage and section. This feature must be enabled in your plan.
How do I add many teachers at once and invite them automatically?
From “Import from Excel”, download the teachers template (email required, subjects from official drop-downs), fill it and upload. On import each teacher is added with their subjects and receives an email invitation to join your school team automatically (you can turn sending off with a checkbox).
What is the difference between a Manager and a Teacher on the team?
A Manager creates classes, subjects and teachers, distributes and shares timetables (no billing). A Teacher views and prints their timetables, marks attendance for their periods, requests a swap and adds a short quiz — without editing the timetable.
How do I make an exam schedule per grade?
From “Exam schedules”, create one and pick the grade; only that grade’s classes appear. The stage is known from your identity, so it is not asked. Each stage or grade has its own exam schedule, with auto-distribution, printing and sharing.
How do I transfer a student to another school on the platform?
From the “Students” page click “Transfer” and enter the receiving school’s code; they get a transfer request, and on acceptance the student’s record, account and parent move to them instantly. Track requests under “Transfer requests”.
How do I print or save the schedule as PDF?
Click “Print / PDF” on the schedule page. The schedule is designed to print neatly on a single page (choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog).
How do I switch the interface language?
Press the language button in the menu (English / العربية). The whole interface switches with automatic text direction, and your choice is saved.
How do I enable dark mode?
From the sidebar press “Dark mode”, or from the “My account” page choose your preferred theme. Your choice is saved to your account.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login page press “Forgot password?” and enter your email; you’ll receive a reset message.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the “My account” page you can request permanent account deletion; your associated data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
